Karamanolis Manos was born in Athens in 1993 and grew up in a basketball family. Since 2013 he moved to Thessaloniki and played for the team of Anatolia in B and C National League until the season 2015-2016. For the period 2016-2017 he played for Aias Evosmou in B National League.

With the U18 teams of Panionios and Niki Volou he participated at the finals of the Greek U18 Championship.
